Vabel have been appointed as development manager by Stenprop PLC on the redevelopment of four adjacent properties into new luxury commercial office space. The works will maximise the area, functionality and flexibility of the floor plates, and include the relocation of the building’s central core, the addition of two new floors to Grosvenor Hill together with the erection of new façades. The new facades and various internal accents will reference the site's historical association with Victorian millinery and Court dress making to provide a rich and relevant narrative throughout. The buildings are Grade II Listed, and are within the Adelphi Conservation Area, adjacent to Bond Street, Grosvenor Square and Berkeley Square.
