Vabel acquired this mixed-use corner block in Fitzrovia as principal developer and have partnered with IAC Investments to develop an additional two stories comprising four lateral penthouse apartments with panormic views over the London skyline. The proposal incorporates the enhancement of the entire building by seeking to upgrade the 1980s facade with high quality materials commensurate with a prime Fitzrovia streetscape. The property is located in the heart of the West-end, and is within walking distance of Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Marylebone and Regents Park.
