Vabel have been appointed as development partner by PPR Estates to redevelop this mixed-use building into new commercial office space and twelve apartments. The works will include the relocation of the building’s central core, addition of two new floors, and erection of a contemporary new stone and brick façade. The building is within the Adelphi Conservation Area, adjacent to the Strand and Embankment, and will include duplex penthouses with views over the Thames, London Eye and Houses of Parliament.
